What you can count on from day one — and where we draw our lines.

GigiGuides is built around what working agents actually need. We made these promises before we wrote a single feature — and we use them as tiebreakers every time a hard call comes up. If we ever drift, point at this page.

Your data, your call

  1. Your data fuels the coaching. That's the only thing it does.

    What you bring into GigiGuides — conversations, drills, debriefs, calendar, contacts, pipeline — fuels the coaching. We use it to sharpen GiGi for you directly, and to make GiGi smarter for every agent on the platform. We don't sell it. We don't license it. We don't use it to train outside AI models. We don't use it to target ads. Inside GigiGuides, in service of agents — that's where it lives.

  2. Privacy is the default, not a setting.

    When something is unclear, we protect you first. Privacy beats convenience, beats cost, beats engineering elegance. Every time.

  3. Your business stays yours.

    Your contacts, your client conversations, your numbers — they don't get visible to your brokerage, your team lead, or anyone else unless you say so. If you're about to share something sensitive with someone who shouldn't see it, we'll suggest a cleaner version before you hit send.

  4. You opt in. Always.

    Every feature, integration, watcher, and toggle ships off. You choose what to turn on. We never sneak things into your account or pre-check boxes on your behalf.

You're the professional. We're the coach.

  1. We don't change your work.

    We warn, we inform, we offer alternatives — but we never silently rewrite what you wrote or make decisions on your behalf. You're a licensed professional. We act like it.

  2. You're the hero of every story.

    Your wins are your wins. When we help in the background, we mention it quietly in your Progress Journal — not in marketing copy or client-facing notes. No "look what we did for you" moments.

  3. We work WITH you, never FOR you.

    Think coach in the corner, not engine running the show. You close the deals, hold the relationships, and own the outcomes. When we reach out on your behalf — to your Guide, your team — we mediate, we don't bypass.

How we talk to you

  1. Plain English, every time.

    You shouldn't need a tech glossary to use this. We lead with what you get — coaching, growth, deals closed, time back — not how it works under the hood. If a brand-new agent can't get the value in ten seconds, we rewrite it.

  2. We have your back while you sleep.

    About forty quiet watchers run in the background — for anniversaries, deadlines, compliance dates, client-warmth signals, safety check-ins, and dozens of other moments worth catching. You won't hear about them unless they need you. You'll just notice fewer things slipping through the cracks.

  3. We help you grow your community, not steal it.

    We don't build social platforms. We help you build yours — through Canva designs, farming workflows, newsletter generation, social scheduling. Real estate is a relationship business; we work the way it actually runs.

When things go wrong

    We strive for perfection. We plan for chaos. When things break — and sometimes they will — we own it and fix it. How we handle our mistakes is who we are.

What it costs

  1. One price. Every feature.

    Every feature we build ships to every agent at the base seat price. No premium tiers. No paywalled add-ons. No upcharge for the thing you actually need. You know exactly what you get.

  2. We sell to everyone.

    Every real estate agent, every brokerage, every partner who needs us is welcome. We don't sign exclusivity contracts. We don't get told who we can help.

  3. No card to start. No surprise bills.

    Start your trial without a credit card. When you decide to pay, you choose it — we won't auto-upgrade you, auto-renew you into a higher tier, or hide a bill in fine print.

What we'll never do.

Promises only matter if they have edges. Here are ours.

  • We'll never sell, license, or ship your data to anyone outside GigiGuides.
  • We'll never expose your business up the brokerage chain without your say-so.
  • We'll never silently rewrite your work or send anything on your behalf without sign-off.
  • We'll never message your clients for you unless you tell us to.
  • We'll never auto-enable features or pre-check toggles in your account.
  • We'll never paywall a feature you already had — every agent gets every feature.
  • We'll never lock your data inside our walls. Your CRM, your phone, your email stay yours.
  • We'll never sign an exclusivity deal that tells us who we can't help.
  • We'll never auto-charge you for a tier you didn't choose.

These promises live in our internal operating manual and govern every feature decision we make. If you ever see us drift from them, tell us — we'd rather hear it than miss it.
