Most software for real estate agents adds another inbox to watch. We wanted to build the opposite — something that gives agents their time back, helps them close more deals, and keeps their relationships warm without turning the agent into a data entry clerk.
Why we built this
Every great agent we’ve ever met has one thing in common: they had a coach. Not a software product, not a CRM — a human in their corner who knew their deals, called them on their excuses, and showed up when it mattered.
That kind of coaching is rare and expensive. Most agents never get it. Most who do get it lose access the second they leave the team or office that paid for it. We started GigiGuides because every agent deserves that kind of presence — the kind that grows you, not just tracks you.

Brad spent 25 years in sales — including more than a decade at Zillow as an account manager working alongside the best agents in the industry. He watched what separates top producers from everyone else, and what burns out the rest.
