- Doc Compliance — every active transaction with a row showing which required docs are missing.
- CE Hours — hours per agent against their state's CE window.
- License Renewal Calendar — every agent's next renewal date and the gap to it.
- E&O Status — agent E&O coverage posture.
How to use it
Start with Risk Tower top of page — anything red or with a count > 0 wants your eyes. Doc Compliance is your "deal won't close on time" early warning. CE + License + E&O are the leading indicators of "agent loses their license" before it actually happens.
