What this tab is
The Cross-Vertical deck is for a brokerage that runs more than one vertical under one roof — real estate, mortgage, and title in a single account. It only appears when at least two of those verticals are staffed.
What it shows
- Three rosters — your agents (deal pipeline + conversion), your mortgage professionals (loan pipeline value), and your title professionals (closings in flight), side by side.
- Referral capture rate — the share of your real-estate deals that kept the loan in-house instead of leaking to an outside lender.
- Title attach rate — the share of your in-house loans that kept the closing in-house.
- Quarterly trend — both rates over the last four quarters, so you can see leakage moving.
- Per-vertical health pills — sentinels firing, open compliance flags, and late milestones for each team.

These are your own brokerage's aggregates. Drilling into a roster row takes you to that vertical's aggregate brokerage surface — never an individual's private contacts or messages. No staff access, ever.
