What the Overview tab is
The Overview is the broker owner's glance deck — the single screen you can look at first thing in the morning and know what needs your attention today.
What it shows
- Risk Tower top 5 — the five highest-priority compliance flags across the brokerage from the last 90 days.
- Today's Operational Tempo — closings, showings, and listing appointments in the next 24 hours.
- Pipeline Snapshot — dollars and deal counts per stage, with a stalled flag.
- GiGi's Recommendations Today — the broker_recommendations the coach surfaced overnight.
- Action Alerts — the count of items where someone is waiting on you.
How to use it
Skim top to bottom. The Risk Tower is ranked so the first row is always the one you'd care about most. Pinned widgets you've added from other tabs render at the top of the page.
