The brokerage compliance administrator's review surface. The enforcement sentinels (RESPA §9 steering, LO Comp dual-compensation, AfBA disclosure gaps, TILA-RESPA rate-shopping) detect potential violations and raise flags; this is where a human works through them.
What it covers
- Active flags — open flags awaiting review. Each shows the loan, mortgage professional, finding type, evidence quote, and severity, with Clear / Defer / Refer-to-counsel / Open-loan actions.
- Recently cleared — what was cleared in the last 30 days, who cleared it, and the note.
- Per-lender audit — findings per category over 90 days by mortgage professional, with a trend arrow.
- Notes thread — follow-up notes per flag.
- Export audit report — CSV of firings, filtered by date, sentinel, and mortgage professional.
Detection lives in the mortgage-vertical sentinels; this is the human review + audit-trail layer.
