What "Run now" does
Each Sentinel runs on its own schedule in the background. Run now kicks off an immediate check against your current data so you don't have to wait for the next scheduled pass.
Use it right after you've connected a new data source, or when you want to confirm a Sentinel is set up the way you expect. You'll see "Queued…" then "Running…" while it works.
If the button looks greyed out, the Sentinel isn't turned on yet — enable it first, then Run now.
