What the workflow does once its trigger fires — add to a call list, start a follow-up, send a card.
What the action is
The action is the do that half of a workflow. Once the trigger fires, GiGi runs this step automatically — for example, dropping the contact onto your call list or starting a follow-up sequence.
Actions respect your rate limits and never write to your CRM without the workflow being turned on.
